    Is it a book on diabetes? Just curious because of the pancreas reference. Always loved that name!

    oh no, the book is a fantasy book about Vampyres in the modern day. The reference to the Islets is simply because I am diabetic, and my other blog which tends to be more Diabetes centric is Holidays on the Islets of Langerhans, so I picked a similar name just to maintain a loose association :-)
